C. The Platform is owned and operated by Priya Photo Booth, with its registered office at J-4/1 S -2 Kanishka Apartments West Jyoti Nagar , Shahdara , Delhi 110094 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

D. Your use of the Platform, services, and tools is governed by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use"), including applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner. Any conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.   9. Booking a service through the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Priya Photo Booth.
  10. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priya Photo Booth, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
  11. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or Rs. 100, whichever is lower.
  12. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  13. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  14. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
