Service Representation

Priya Photo Booth makes every effort to accurately represent our services, including booth setup, props, photography style, print quality, and video output. However, actual results may vary depending on event location, lighting conditions, space availability, and other external factors.

Third-Party Liability

Priya Photo Booth does not make any warranties or representations regarding third-party products or services used in conjunction with our photo booth services, such as event venues, decorators, caterers, or entertainment vendors. The company does not endorse or assume liability for third-party services.

No Ownership or Control Over Venues or External Services

Priya Photo Booth holds no ownership, rights, or interest in any third-party venues or external services booked by clients. The Company has no control over venue operations, availability, or service fulfillment and shall not be responsible for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or other issues beyond its control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or differences, including interpretation of this agreement, shall be resolved through arbitration by an independent arbitrator appointed by Priya Photo Booth. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), in Delhi, India, with proceedings conducted in English.

Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
